I’m starting to get my equipment ready for this weekend’s portrait sessions at the Dallas Arboretum. Running the Sony DT 35 f/1.8 SAM lens through its paces quickly, I took a couple of shots of myself, not in a mirror but just holding the camera at arm’s length and trying to aim it accurately. Yes, it took a little luck to focus on my eyeball.
If I’d known the lens was this sharp, I’d have shaved first. I’m going to be using this lens a lot.
